The Canadian Space Society (CSS) is a national non-profit organization whose goal it is to explore the mysteries of space and to stimulate Canada’s space industry. CSS welcomes (and consists of) people with an interest in space whether they are top research scientists, students, teachers or environmentalists. Every year CSS supporters can come together at the annual Canadian space summit with this year’s summit being held in Calgary, Alberta between November 16 to 18. There are also employment opportunities and volunteer positions (in particular involvement with CSS chapters) available. A CSS membership for students is $15 per year.
