Canadian Association of Research Libraries

The Canadian Association of Research Libraries (CARL) works with 29 Canadian universities and 3 government library groups to achieve effective communication and sustainable policy in research and access to scholarly information. CARL offers current information on copyright laws, internet policies, librarianship grants and awards, assess to research data, etc. In addition, this year October 22 to 28 marks Open Access Week across Canada. Many university libraries are hosting events in support of Open Access Week.
